A design for a semi floatable house with a frame of wooden poles, within this frame the house can be realised. Because of this wooden frame and the wood used on the exterior walls, the whole gets a nautical appearance. The grid pattern can be filled with different options. Each floor has its own balcony. There is also a docking bay for a small boat in the "basement".
