Office space for Chemoil Europe BV. The office is based in the Montevideo building on the ‘Kop van Zuid’ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The floor plan is 430 m2. Round about 20 employees will be working here and the overall sphere is ‘open’. There is an open work atmosphere, with possibilities for easy interaction. The workbenches are placed close to each other. Besides this, there are two separate meeting rooms, a boardroom with a view on the Erasmus Bridge, a room for the C.E.O., a front desk, a server area, archive and copier machine corner and a lunchroom. The overall atmosphere is relaxed in colours and a clean look, fitting the company’s image. The colour orange from their logo is coming back in the backing panels of the cabinets and the screens on the benches.

The areas that are diverted from the other areas are closed, while the rest of the walls are made out off glass.
